Bet you would be tempted at how proprietors preparing the nasi lemak at a glance. The proprietors are so considerate, wrapping the nasi lemak fully in banana leaf, nowadays not many will do so. This is probably one of the reason why most people called this stall the best nasi lemak on island. Ordered one packet of anchovies nasi lemak. The rice still warm when opened, maybe just packed. The flavorful sambal was superbly hot and spicy, and mixed well with fragrant rice. If the sambal could be more thicker and slightly less spicy, than this nasi lemak would be perfect. The portion was decent with its price. Four variety of nasi lemak are available, anchovies (ikan bilis), egg, squid (sotong) and prawn (udang) with same price, RM1.80 each packet. Those haven't tried yet, you got to try this Ali Nasi Lemak at least once in your lifetime, don't be regret later. 👍

看着档主们准备椰浆饭时，被那红彤彤的叁峇给吸引住了。档主还如此体贴用心，椰浆饭完全是用香蕉叶包裹着，类似包装在槟城几乎少见了。这也许为什么许多食客都称此档为槟岛最好吃的椰浆饭。打开时，椰浆饭仍然温热，或许刚包装不久。热辣香味的叁峇天衣无缝地和椰浆饭混合在一起，吃起来蛮美味好吃的。叁峇的辣度加上热烈的天气，边吃边流汗，几狼狈下。如果叁峇可以更浓一些，辣度少一点，这绝对是完美的椰浆饭。一包的分量适中，价格还合理。共四种配料椰浆饭可供选择，江鱼仔（ikan bilis），鸡蛋，鱿鱼（sotong）和虾（udang），每包一样价钱一块八毛。没试吃过的朋友，不妨一试，不留遗憾！😋

Penang Smart Parking (PSP)/ 槟城智能停车系统

Penang Smart Parking (PSP) is smartphone app-based parking system initiated by state government back in August 2019 to replace the paper parking coupons. 

槟城智能停车系统 (简称PSP) 是槟州政府于2019年8月开始启动，以取代纸质停车券。

This app-based parking system is claimed to be first of its kind in Malaysia.

这项应用程序的停车系统堪称马来西亚首创。

No change to parking rate, 80 sen per hour on the island, and 40 sen per hour on the mainland.

停车收费没有任何变动，槟岛每小时80仙，威省每小时40仙。

The chargeable parking hours is from 8am to 6pm daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

停车收费时间为每天上午八点钟至下午六点钟, 周日和公共假日免收费。

This new parking system can be seen mostly in George Town and Bukit Mertajam area. Look out for the new parking signboard as shown below.

目前，这项新停车系统已在乔治市和大山脚多条道路启动了。新的停车招牌如下图所示。

First, download the application (App) from Google Play for Android users and App Store for iPhone users. Scan the QR code below.

Alternatively, you can purchase parking eKupon from authorized agent as listed in official website.

Once successfully downloaded the App, tap on [Open].

Read the terms and conditions about using the App, tick the small box at the bottom, and tap on [Next].

Enter the information as required, then tap on [Request TAC]. Wait for a moment, the TAC no. will be SMSed to you registered phone number.

Tap on [Credit/ Debit/ FPX/ e-Wallet], select the amount you would like reload into your App, minimum amount is RM10, then tap on [OK]. 

Note: Due to security policy, no screenshot is allowed after this step. Fret not, the process of reloading is pretty easy and straightforward.

After parking your car, open the PSP App, enter your 8 digits access code, now you're in the Main page.

当您将车停放好了，打开 PSP 应用程式，输入您的八个数字的密码，进入系统主页。

Tap on [Park N Pay], then tap on [Select Vehicle] and select your vehicle, enter parking duration, and tap on [OK].
按[Park N Pay]，然后按[Select Vehicle], 选择您的车辆，输入所需停车时间，再按[OK]。

System will prompt you to confirm the payment, tap on [CONFIRM].
系统将提示您确认付款，按[CONFIRM]。

A message will pop out to confirm your parking. At the same time, you will also receive the SMS confirmation from Penang Smart Parking. Tap on [OK] to return to main page.

一则信息将弹出来，确认您的停车付费。同一时间，您也将收到一则手机确认短信。 按[OK]返回主页。

At the Main page, system will display the Active Parking information, and you may extend the parking hour as you wish. Be alert to parking end time to avoid getting parking summon.

回到主页，系统将显示您停车信息，您也可以根据需求延长停车时间。请注意停车结束时间，以免接到超时罚款传票。

Armenian Park/ 打铜仔街公园

The decoration of hundreds of red lanterns, cherry blossoms and four Peking Opera dolls made of polystyrene figurines have lighten up the festive mood at Armenian Park. Bet the atmosphere here would be much more lively and attractive at night. Come to visit this park before 02-2-2020.

打铜仔街公园更换新年装置，让园内洋溢着浓浓的喜庆气息。白天和黑夜也许有不一样新春气氛。入夜灯笼亮灯，势必亮丽迷人，打卡拍照好去处。

Muthu Restaurant Chettinad Mess/ 印度传统香料叶饭

Sandwiched between a row of pre-war heritage shophouses along the Acheen Street, not many except locals and regular customers know about it, Muthu Restaurant Chettinad Mess, serving one the of best traditional Indian Banana Leaf Rice in town. Striking golden-yellow facade, pink door and window frames with no signboard at all, yet patrons from all walks of life are constantly walking in and out of this local Indian eatery shop. Walk into the shop, grab a free seat, one of the waiters will come over to lay a large piece of banana leaf (as your plate) on your table, ladlding two types of curry vegetables, a chutney, a piece of papadam and a heapful of steamed white rice onto your banana leaf. Next, three different types of curry gravies (chicken, crab and dhal) in big canisters will be placed right in front of you to choose from. The crab gravy is the most popular and mostly recommended. Soon after you’ve ladled your choice onto your banana leaf, the waiter will come and take them away to serve another table. And finally the waiter will bring to you variety of today's special side dishes such as crab masala (signature dish), curry fish, fried fish, curry mutton curry, spices chicken, egg omelette, and various crispyly fried vegetables. Choose any side dish to your liking. As for drinks, only plain bottled drinking water and iced yoghurt drink are served here. After such delightful meal, take a walk in the Armenian Park, or better still strolling till the other end of Armenian Street to discover Penang iconic mural of "Kids on bicycle" by Ernest Zacharevic. 🚶🚲
夹在打石街二战前遗产店屋之间，只有当地人和熟客才知其存在，Muthu Restaurant Chettinad Mess，据称是槟岛最传统，最好吃的南印度香蕉叶饭之一。店外并没有任何招牌，路过时要多加留意哦！走进店里，找个座位，瞬间服务员就会走过来，铺上一大片香蕉叶 (作为你的盘子)，滔了两种前菜，一个酸辣酱，一块薄饼和一坨白米饭摆在香蕉叶上。白饭可以任意添加。接下来，服务员会将三种不同口味的咖喱汁 (鸡，蟹和鱼) 放置在桌前任君选择。咖哩汁虽香浓美味但蛮辣的，吃不了辣的你就可惜了！蟹肉咖啡汁是最众多食客喜爱和推荐的。又不会儿，服务员递上“今日特色小菜”，有蟹肉（招牌菜)，咖喱鱼，炸鱼，咖喱羊，香料鸡肉，印式煎蛋和脆炸香料蔬菜，供额外选择。饮品仅售卖瓶装饮用水和冰酸奶。虽然价钱稍微贵了些，与服务员语言沟通问题，却体验了非一般印式用餐气氛和服务过程，绝对是值得的！享受了美食，不妨在对面的公园散步，或是往打铜仔街一直走下去，就可遇见槟城最出名的"姐弟共骑"壁画！ 🚲

三味果条汤/ Three Flavors Koay Teow Th'ng

吃腻了“清汤粿条汤”么？那就来品尝别具一味的“柠檬粿条汤”。点了碗招牌”三味粿条汤“，所谓的三味就是柠檬，苦瓜加鸡蛋。价位虽高, 但物有所值，食物材料该有的都有，新鲜，分量还不错。柠檬清新的酸甜味道，配上鲜辣的辣椒酱, 食味顿时大开，很是好吃！中午时段，食客众多，需耐心等候，不然就早点来光顾噢~ 😋
Bored of ordinary clear and light broth "Koay Teow Th'ng"? Then you got to try this unique taste of lemonade "Koay Teow Th'ng". Ordered a bowl of signature ”Three Flavors Koay Teow Th'ng" which included lemon, bitter gourd and an egg. A bit pricey but worthy, food portion was quite generous with variety of fresh ingredients. The refreshing sour taste of lemon, plus the spiciness of chili sauce would definitely tickle your taste buds. Superbly appetizing! Come as earlier as possible if you were to avoid long queue of patrons during lunch hours. 😁
